Working remotely, we are currently seeking a Group Property Manager to join our central property team.

What will I do?
- Oversee and manage a range of hotel properties
- Lead contract negotiations and tenders
- Develop and implement new processes
- Support and guide hotels in the setup and control of their plant and equipment to achieve maximum energy efficiency
- Liaise with onsite maintenance teams to ensure high standards of maintenance
- Collaborate with hotel general managers and the group property team to achieve property objectives and deliver investments
- Monitor progress and standards to ensure best practice and compliance legislation is being followed
- Provide ongoing assistance support to on-site Maintenance Managers
Is this role for me?
- Previous Maintenance Management/Chief Engineer experience
- Having experience managing multiple hotel properties would be a distinct advantage
- Strong understanding and knowledge of compliance requirements and associated costs
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing & boilers, swimming pools, plant rooms, roofs, BMS etc.
- Good understanding of plant / building energy consumption
- Previous experience of managing external contractors and small projects
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal), highly organised, result driven and pro-active
- This role requires travel on a regular basis with some overnight trips required as well as occasional weekend working if required, so you MUST be flexible
